I would recommend Mira to anyone who is living with grief. Her knowledge, kindness and support has helped me tremendously on my journey.

Mira, to say I am grateful for your group is an understatement…it is the support I desperately needed.

Thank you more than I can adequately articulate! This program was deeply impactful and I gained coping strategies to take with me along this continued grief journey.
