Service Offering Agreement
(the “Agreement”)


You are agreeing to pay $37, $44, or $47 today (depending on your choice) to join The I See You, Sister Community and then, monthly payments of the same thereafter. You may cancel at anytime. 

What is “I See You, Sister Community”?

  • “I See You, Sister Community” is an online membership community designed to help grieving widows walk through their grief with other brave, authentic, deeply connected women who too understand the magnitude of a loss such as this.
  • The Membership is educational. It is not individual or group therapy. It educates about grief,  trauma, and stress after loss and it educates on ways to journey through life as a widow & pay attention to one’s body and emotions, that often do end up being therapeutic for the individual, but this is work that one does with themselves via the process of being educated by the program.
  • We do our best to answer most questions, however, due to the group nature of the Membership, we do not always get to every single question within the community group and on live calls. 
  • Please note that while Mira Simone (“Mira”) will be your main facilitator during the Program, other trained Company Representatives will be your primary point for admin support.
  • The program material may be conducted live or delivered through pre-recorded videos by Mira or other trained Representatives (guest membership contributors). 
  • If/when you choose to leave the membership, you will be responsible for continuing your learning experiences gained via the I See You, Sister Community. 
  • For any technical support, our support team can be reached at [email protected], and we will endeavor to get back to you within 48 hours. Our regular business hours are Monday to Friday, 9AM – 3PM Eastern Time (ET).


By choosing to receive grief coaching and somatic work education offered by Mira Simone and New Moon Mira (sole proprietorship in Ontario, Canada), you agree that there are no guarantees of outcome and that you are responsible for doing the work to achieve the results you desire. You also agree that you are not receiving medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and/or licensed therapy. 

You are responsible for seeking out additional in-person support - ideally through a licensed therapist or coach who understands somatics if you feel that you need it in addition to the Membership.

If you are feeling unsafe at any point during the Membership - you are responsible for seeking out medical advice or going to the ER.


Waiver of Recordings and Testimonials

By registering for the Membership, you acknowledge and agree that live sessions will be recorded and posted on the Membership Platform, for anyone who cannot make it to calls live (or for anyone who wants to re-watch). The Company and Company Representatives may capture video and audio recordings or screenshots of the foregoing or any post on any Company Platform (“Recordings”) of certain parts of the Membership, which may contain your name, likeness, statements, posts or comments, and/or voice.

Testimonials: We accept and use Testimonials in order to improve the Membership and future product offerings. We may also share Testimonials with current and prospective participants of the Membership, on the Company Platforms or otherwise.

Assumption of risks

The Membership involves movement and physical activity. You agree that you are aware and understand that the Membership and related activities may involve risks (physical & mental/emotional) and that this MEMBERSHIP is not a substitute for therapy or medical appointments.

No Medical Advice, Diagnosis, or Treatment

Please note that the Membership is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is intended to provide grief support, as well as somatic & nervous system-based information for your education and learning. The Membership has not been scientifically evaluated and should not be used as a substitute for medical or psychiatric advice, cannot diagnose or treat any medical or psychiatric condition and does not replace care from your physician. We are not psychiatrists, psychologists, or medical professionals. Always consult a healthcare professional if you suspect you require medical or psychiatric treatment. If you believe or suspect you are experiencing an emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

Waiver, Release, and Indemnity

By participating in the Membership you expressly waive and release any and all claims (“Claims”) which you have or may in the future have against the Company or any Company Representative, including all of their respective directors, officers, shareholders, affiliates, employees, contractors, agents, advisors and other representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) on account of any injury, damage, or harm arising out of or attributable to your participation in the Membership or the related activities. You agree not to commence or bring any Claims against any of the Released Parties and you irrevocably release and discharge the Released Parties from liability in connection with your participation in the Membership and without further compensation.

Subject to the terms and conditions herein, you further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all Claims that any third party (“Third Parties”) may bring against any of the Released Parties in connection with or resulting from any of your actions during or outside the Membership, including but not limited to you demonstrating or performing any information or techniques learned during the Membership to or for Third Parties and any related interactions therewith.

Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability with respect to its obligations under this Agreement or otherwise, whether arising in contract (including fundamental breach), tort (including negligence) or otherwise, and even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages and for any and all claims arising under or in connection with this Agreement, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the aggregate amount of the fees that you pay for the Membership.

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation, indirect, special, punitive or exemplary damages for lost business, lost savings, lost data, and lost profits, regardless of the cause and whether arising in contract (including fundamental breach), tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.


Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between me and the Company in connection with and following my participation in the Membership. This Agreement supersedes all prior representations, warranties, agreements and understandings, whether oral or written, express or implied, in respect of the foregoing. No supplement, modification or waiver of this Agreement shall be binding unless signed by you and the Company.


Governing Law

You agree that this Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to their conflict of laws principles. Should a dispute arise as a result of this Agreement, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario and waive any jurisdictional objections to such courts. You further agree that the prevailing party in any action that arises as a result of this Agreement will be entitled to receive from the other party its reasonable legal costs.


Acknowledgement and Independent Legal Advice

You have read the above terms and fully understand them. You are of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and are authorized to grant the permissions, waivers, and releases set forth above. You have sought or hereby waive the opportunity to seek independent legal advice prior to accepting the terms of this Agreement.

The I See You, Sister Community is open to widows of any age, both with and without kids. I find that there is so much magic in holding space for one another in our grief, both the similarities and differences. Every widow is welcome. 

Remember, you can cancel any time. If you're joining for the PIY challenge, you can cancel on December 6th, once it's complete. 

If you stay, you'll be locked in at the current price - even as it goes up for newcomers in the future.
